How it works

Tell us a little about yourself. We check your RERA BRN, then email you the partner agreement to read and sign online. It takes a few minutes and gives you your own code and account page.

Share your link

Send your link, QR code or WhatsApp link to tenants, buyers and landlords who need a furnishing plan for a new home.

Get paid

Once your client has paid their design fee in full, your commission is yours, and it reaches you at the end of the month.

What you earn

You earn 15% of the design fee on each of your first five fully paid referrals, and 20% on every one after that, with no cap. Your count of paid referrals never resets, so the higher rate stays with you.

A landlord with several units counts as one job, and your share is worked out on the design fee we charged for the whole job, after any volume discount. All our fees are on the pricing page.

Who counts, and how a client is credited to you

Who counts

  • Tenants furnishing a home they have rented.
  • Buyers furnishing a home they have bought.
  • Landlords furnishing units to rent or list, one unit or several.

Your own home, or a home your household lives in, does not count.

How a client is credited to you

A client is yours when they reach us in any of these ways:

  • Through your personal link or QR code.
  • Through your "Message HomePrint" WhatsApp link, which adds your code to their first message.
  • By naming you in our style quiz, under "A property agent or broker".

Your client has 90 days from first contacting us to book, by paying the first part of the design fee. If two agents refer the same client, the first agent named is credited. People who were already in touch with HomePrint before your introduction do not count.

Getting paid, and keeping track

When you are paid

Once your client has paid their design fee in full, your commission is yours, and it lands in your account at the end of that month. Jobs paid in full by the 27th are paid on the last day of the same month. Jobs paid in full after the 27th are paid at the end of the following month. It comes by bank transfer to an account in your name, with a statement that lists each referral.

Your account page

Once you have signed, you can sign in at homeprint.design/partners/account. It lists each client you referred by first name and last initial, the date, how they were credited, their home size, where the project has got to, your commission and the payout date. Your statements, your signed agreement, your link, QR code and ready-to-forward client messages in English and Arabic are all there too.

Your clients' contact details, answers, floor plans and designs stay between them and us, so we never share those with you.

Frequently asked questions

No. Your client pays the same price as anyone else. Your commission comes out of HomePrint's design fee.

Yes. A landlord furnishing one unit or several counts. A multi-unit job counts as one job, and your commission is a share of the design fee charged for it, after any volume discount.

That depends on your brokerage's rules. HomePrint pays you personally, and your agreement asks you to confirm that you are free to accept referral fees. If you are not sure, check with your brokerage before you apply.

Then that referral is not credited to you. A client who was already in touch with us, with the same phone number or email, before you referred them does not count. Your account page shows the reason for any referral that is not credited.

Sign in to your account page at homeprint.design/partners/account. Each referral is listed with its stage, your commission and the payout date. We also message you on WhatsApp when a client books and when you earn a commission.

No. Restyles and extra revisions are not part of the commission. You earn a share of the design fee for the Design Pack itself.
