A larger home brings more decisions than a bigger furniture list. Several living areas need different jobs, dining has to seat more people, and children's rooms need to work now and in a few years.

What the Design Pack includes for a larger home

  • Room-by-room layouts drawn to scale on your floor plan, with every piece numbered, its size and its distance from the walls.
  • A style direction carried through every room, so the home reads as one plan.
  • A complete shopping list, with every item linked to its product page, priced and measured.
  • A budget table that adds up the furniture, delivery and assembly against your number.
  • A 3D walkthrough and rendered views of the finished rooms.
  • A print-ready PDF, an interactive web version and a furnishing quotation for your records.

A four-bedroom home we have designed

Our modern contemporary four-bedroom design pack plans a 192 m² family home in natural oak, oatmeal and clay. The living room is arranged around a walnut media wall, an eight-seat dining table sits under a glass chandelier and two of the bedrooms have desks. Its furnishing estimate came to AED 132,475.21, including delivery, fitting and wall-treatment allowances, with the AED 3,750 design fee shown separately.

The layout decisions in a larger home

  1. Give each living area one job. A family room for television and a quieter formal living room or majlis for guests need different seating and different lighting.
  2. Seat the household at the table. Six to eight seats is common in larger homes. The table, the chairs pulled out and a clear walkway all have to fit the dining area.
  3. Plan children's rooms to grow. A bed, a desk with daylight and storage at reachable heights cover several years without replacing everything.
  4. Use the landings and corridors. A bench at the entry, a console on a landing or a reading chair at the end of a corridor makes use of space that is easy to forget.
  5. Treat outdoor areas as rooms. Terraces and gardens need furniture that handles sun and heat, with shade where people will sit.

Measure each room before ordering, using the apartment measurements checklist, which works for villas too.

Frequently asked questions

How much does villa interior design cost with HomePrint?

Villas and homes with five or more bedrooms are quoted individually, starting at AED 4,500 for the design. We confirm the price after seeing the floor plans and the rooms you want furnished. Furniture, delivery and assembly are separate, and you buy from the retailers directly.

Do you handle renovation, fit-out or joinery?

No. HomePrint plans the furnishing: the layout, the furniture, lighting, rugs, curtains and decor, with every item priced and linked. Building work, built-in joinery and installation stay with your contractor or the retailers.

Can you plan a majlis or a formal living room?

Yes. A majlis is planned on the floor plan like any living room: seating sized to the number of guests, a central table or rug and clear paths to the doors. Tell us how many people it should seat and how often it is used.

Do you furnish outdoor areas and terraces?

Yes, when they are part of the plan. Balconies, terraces and gardens get furniture chosen for sun and heat, with shade and storage where the space needs it. Planting and landscaping are outside the pack.
