How payment works
Pay in three stages.
Bank transfer or payment link, details on WhatsApp. Pay 25% to start, 50% when the first Design Pack is delivered, and the final 25% on final delivery, even if you do not request a revision.

Extra revisions and restyles
Extra revision round. A revision updates a few pieces within the agreed design: swapping, adding or removing some items, adjusting a room arrangement or changing a colour or finish. The style direction and overall layout stay the same. Priced at about 10 to 15% of the design fee.
Restyle. A restyle changes the design of the whole home: a new style direction, new main pieces across the rooms or a reworked layout. Priced at 50% of the design fee. A restyle does not use your included revision, which stays available once after the restyled pack.

Questions about the price
Design fees are AED 1,000 for a single room / studio apartment, AED 1,500 for a 1-bedroom, AED 2,250 for a 2-bedroom, AED 3,000 for a 3-bedroom and AED 3,750 for a 4-bedroom apartment. Five-bedroom homes and villas are individually quoted, starting at AED 4,500. Specialist landlord work is individually quoted.
For the whole home. An apartment fee covers every room in the plan, including the living and dining areas, bedrooms, balcony and entry. Many online design services price each room separately.
No. The fee covers the furnishing plan: scaled layout, style direction, shopping list, budget, furnishing quotation, guide and 3D walkthrough. Furniture, retailer delivery and assembly are separate. You buy directly from retailers; HomePrint does not purchase, deliver or install furniture.
The standard 72-hour turnaround starts after we have your complete brief, usable floor plan and required information, photos where possible, a full conversation with you, your confirmation to proceed, confirmed retailer coverage and the 25% deposit. Larger or complex projects follow a separately agreed schedule.

Yes. HomePrint is based in Dubai and works remotely. Before taking payment, we confirm that suitable retailers deliver to your location and that we can verify product prices, stock and dimensions. The design fee is billed in AED.
