HomePrint designs a one-bedroom apartment from your floor plan for a flat AED 1,500. The fee covers every room: living, dining, bedroom, entry, kitchen pieces and balcony. A one-bedroom apartment usually asks one room to do three jobs: living, dining and often working from home. The plan has to settle where each one goes before any furniture is chosen.

A one-bedroom we have designed
Our Scandinavian one-bedroom design pack plans a 91 m² home in oak, linen and soft greige. The living room is arranged around a walnut sideboard, a round table seats four for dinner and the bedroom has a reading corner. It is a premium plan: its furnishing estimate came to AED 59,868.97, including delivery, fitting and wall-treatment allowances, with the AED 1,500 design fee shown separately. The layout decisions in a one-bedroom
- Turn the seating to what matters. The sofa faces the TV or the view, and the rug is sized so the front legs of the seating rest on it.
- Fit dining without blocking the balcony. A table for two to four has to leave the balcony door and the kitchen run clear. A round table eases tight corners.
- Give the bed space on both sides. The bed goes on a solid wall where possible, with room to get in on each side and wardrobe doors that clear it.
- Check the delivery route. A large sofa has to pass the building entrance, the lift and your front door, so measure the route before you order the big pieces.
- Plan the balcony as a room. Two chairs and a small table often fit, and they need materials that cope with sun and dust.

You pay 25% to start, 50% when the first Design Pack arrives and the final 25% on final delivery. If a linked item sells out or changes price within a month of delivery, we find a replacement and update your pack at no charge. All fees are on the pricing page.

How much does it cost to have a one-bedroom apartment designed?
The HomePrint design fee for a one-bedroom apartment is AED 1,500 for the whole home. Furniture, delivery and assembly are separate, and you pay the retailers directly. One revision round is included, and an extra round costs AED 200. The fee is the same whatever style you choose.
What if the sofa I like does not fit?
We check the real dimensions of every large piece on its product page against your plan. If a sofa, bed or dining table does not fit its space with room to walk around it, we choose a different size or model before the pack reaches you.
How much should I budget for the furniture itself?
It depends on the level you choose. Two dated HomePrint plans for Dubai one-bedrooms came to very different totals, and our one-bedroom cost guide shows both room by room. Set your number in the style quiz and the pack is built to land at or under it.
How long does a one-bedroom Design Pack take?
The standard turnaround is 72 hours. The clock starts once we have your complete brief, a usable floor plan, a conversation with you, confirmed retailer coverage for your address and the 25% deposit.
