Send the complete brief
Share a usable floor plan, quiz answers, budget, location and room photos where possible. We talk through the brief with you and confirm that suitable retailers serve your location.
Confirm the scope and start
We confirm the fee and schedule. You confirm that you want to proceed and pay the 25% deposit. That locks the standard project inputs and starts the 72-hour clock.
We design and source
Layouts drawn to scale on your plan, a style board per room, and every item checked live at retailers that deliver to your location: price, stock, dimensions, and delivery. Dubai is our home base. For work elsewhere, we confirm retailer coverage before you book.
Your pack arrives
You receive the Design Pack in PDF and interactive formats. The 50% payment is due when this first pack is delivered. One revision round is included; the final 25% is due on final delivery even when you do not request a revision.
While you wait
The design work happens remotely.
You provide the brief and approve the plan. HomePrint handles the layout, selection and visuals. You remain responsible for ordering, delivery and assembly after approval.

Questions people actually ask
No. HomePrint supplies the furnishing plan and linked shopping list. You buy directly from retailers and manage delivery and assembly under their terms. The Design Pack does not include procurement, delivery coordination or installation.
One revision round is included. Each additional revision round, for updating a few pieces, costs from AED 150 for a studio to AED 500 for a 4-bedroom apartment and is agreed before work begins. Changing the design of the whole home is a restyle at 50% of the design fee. Free replacement sourcing for linked items whose price or stock changes within 30 days is separate from paid design revisions.
We need your complete brief, a usable floor plan, quiz answers, budget and location, plus room photos where possible. Before the standard 72-hour schedule starts, we also complete the founder conversation, confirm retailer coverage, receive your confirmation to proceed and take the 25% deposit.
In Dubai, we source from retailers such as IKEA UAE, Home Centre, Danube Home, THE One and 2XL Home, depending on your budget. For other locations, we confirm suitable local retailers before booking. We do not take commissions from them.
Yes, when suitable retailers serve your location. HomePrint works remotely. Before you book, we confirm that we can verify product prices, stock, dimensions, and delivery for your city or country. If we cannot do that reliably, we will tell you before taking payment.
The standard 72-hour turnaround starts after we have your complete brief, usable floor plan and required information, photos where possible, a full conversation with you, your confirmation to proceed, confirmed retailer coverage and the 25% deposit. Larger or complex projects follow a separately agreed schedule.
A single room or studio apartment costs AED 1,000 ($272.99). You pay 25% to start, 50% when the first Design Pack is delivered and the final 25% on final delivery, even if you do not request a revision.
