A two-bedroom we have designed
Our coastal two-bedroom design pack plans a 105.8 m² L-shaped home in washed timber, rattan and soft blues. The living room turns to the balcony, a reading bench fills the elbow of the plan and the second bedroom is a guest room with a desk. Its furnishing estimate came to AED 32,758.15, including delivery, fitting and wall-treatment allowances, with the AED 2,250 design fee shown separately.
The layout decisions in a two-bedroom
- Decide the second bedroom's job first. A guest room, an office and a child's room need different furniture and different money. The two-bedroom cost guide shows how that choice moves the budget.
- Use the awkward corners. L-shaped plans and long corridors leave corners that a bench, a shelf or a reading chair can use.
- Size the dining to the household. Four seats suit most two-bedroom homes; a bench on one side seats more without taking extra floor.
- Keep the paths clear. We keep at least 60 cm of walkway between the doors and each main piece, and check that wardrobe and cabinet doors open fully.
- Share storage across rooms. The entry, the second bedroom and the living room can split the storage, so no single room fills up with cabinets.

You pay 25% to start, 50% when the first Design Pack arrives and the final 25% on final delivery. If a linked item sells out or changes price within a month of delivery, we find a replacement and update your pack at no charge. All fees are on the pricing page.

The HomePrint design fee for a two-bedroom apartment is AED 2,250 for the whole home. Furniture, delivery and assembly are separate, and you pay the retailers directly. One revision round is included, and an extra round costs AED 300. The fee is the same whatever style you choose.
Can the second bedroom be an office and a guest room?
Yes, and it is one of the most common requests. A sofa bed or a daybed with a desk can do both jobs. We check the bed opens fully without hitting the desk or the wardrobe, and that the desk gets daylight.
Can you plan around a child's needs?
Yes. Tell us the age and how the room is used. We plan storage at reachable heights, a clear play or study area and pieces that can change as the child grows.
How long does a two-bedroom Design Pack take?
The standard turnaround is 72 hours. The clock starts once we have your complete brief, a usable floor plan, a conversation with you, confirmed retailer coverage for your address and the 25% deposit.
