HomePrint designs a studio apartment from your floor plan for a flat AED 1,000. You get a scaled layout of the whole studio, a style direction, a priced shopping list with direct product links, a budget table and a 3D walkthrough. You buy the furniture yourself, directly from the retailers.
A studio is where the floor plan matters most. One room has to hold the bed, the sofa, a table, storage and a clear path from the door to the window, and a single oversized piece can throw the whole layout off.

A studio we have designed
Our Japandi studio design pack plans a 41.4 m² studio in pale timber and soft neutrals. The bed sits on the solid wall, a two-seat sofa takes the corner by the window and one ash table at the balcony glass works for meals and laptop work. A slim shoe cabinet keeps the entry clear. Its furnishing estimate came to AED 12,068.35, including delivery, fitting and wall-treatment allowances, with the AED 1,000 design fee shown separately.
The layout decisions in a studio
- Place the bed first. It is the largest piece, and the wall it takes decides where everything else can go. A solid wall away from the entry usually leaves the window for the living corner.
- Give one table two jobs. A table near the window can take breakfast in the morning and a laptop in the afternoon, which saves the floor a desk would use.
- Mark the zones without blocking light. A low console, an open shelf or a rug can mark the edge of the sleeping area while daylight still reaches the back of the room.
- Keep the paths clear. We keep at least 60 cm of walkway from the door to the bed, the window and the balcony, and check that wardrobe doors and kitchen drawers open fully.
- Plan storage before decor. A tall wardrobe, storage under the bed and a shoe cabinet at the door do more in a studio than an extra side table.

You pay 25% to start, 50% when the first Design Pack arrives and the final 25% on final delivery. If a linked item sells out or changes price within a month of delivery, we find a replacement and update your pack at no charge. All fees are on the pricing page.

How much does it cost to have a studio apartment designed?
The HomePrint design fee for a studio is AED 1,000. It covers the whole studio: the sleeping area, living corner, dining and work table, entry, kitchen pieces and balcony. Furniture, delivery and assembly are separate, and you pay the retailers directly. One revision round is included, and an extra round costs AED 150.
How long does a studio Design Pack take?
The standard turnaround is 72 hours. The clock starts once we have your complete brief, a usable floor plan, a conversation with you, confirmed retailer coverage for your address and the 25% deposit. Photos of the space help but are not always needed.
Can you work around furniture I already own?
Yes. List the pieces you are keeping in the style quiz, with their sizes if you have them. We place them on the plan first and shop only for what is missing, so your budget goes to the gaps.
Can I book the AED 1,000 fee for one room in a bigger home?
Yes. The same fee covers a single room in a larger home, such as a living room or a main bedroom. The pack follows the same format for that room: a scaled layout, a style direction, a priced shopping list, a budget table and 3D views.
