What you get
One pack. Seven parts. Every decision made.
A Design Pack is a practical furnishing plan. The standard 72-hour schedule starts after the complete brief, retailer coverage, confirmation to proceed and 25% deposit are in place.
Room-by-room layouts, drawn to scale
We draw every piece of furniture onto your actual floor plan, to scale. You see exactly where the sofa sits, which wall takes the TV, how the bed fits with both nightstands, and we check the walkways, so you're not squeezing past a dining chair every morning.
- Drawn on your real floor plan, not a generic template
- Every item sized to the product you'll actually buy
- Walkways and door swings checked
A style board for every room
For each room you get the palette, the materials, and a short note on the design intent, why these pieces, why this mix. It's the thinking, written down, so the room makes sense as a whole rather than a pile of nice things.
- Colour palette tuned to your quiz answers
- Materials and textures, named plainly
- A few lines on what the room is going for
The complete shopping list, and we mean complete
The big furniture and everything after it: every type of furnishing a finished home needs, down to the bedding. Each item is a real, in-stock product from a retailer verified for your location, with the exact price and a direct link, checked the day your pack is made.
A budget table that respects your number
See what each room costs, the full total and how it fits your budget. Required items, optional choices and known setup costs are clearly separated, so you can decide where to spend and where to save.
- Subtotals per room, one clear grand total
- Always within the budget you set
- Never padded, if you don't need it, it isn't on the list
- Known delivery and assembly costs kept separate; unconfirmed charges flagged
- An itemised furnishing quotation PDF, with the design fee shown last
A how-to-use guide, in two formats
A short guide walks you through the pack: what to order first, what to measure before you click buy, how to phase it if you'd rather spread the spend. You get the whole thing as a print-ready PDF plus an interactive HTML version where every link is one tap away.
- Print-ready PDF, take it shopping
- Interactive HTML version, tap any item, land on the store page
- Order-of-operations: what to buy first and why
Walk through it in 3D
Your actual floor plan, rebuilt to scale in 3D and furnished with the exact items from your list. Walk room to room, switch between day, evening, and night lighting, and click any piece to open its store page directly. It's the whole apartment, before a single item is ordered.
- Built to your real dimensions, not a generic showroom
- Hover any piece to see its name and price
- Click any item to open its store page, same links as the shopping list
- Day / evening / night lighting presets
Requires an internet connection to view. The PDF and interactive HTML work fully offline.
See the finished rooms in 3D
Your pack also includes furnished 3D renders of your apartment. Each view uses the actual furniture and furnishings selected for your pack, placed in your rooms, so you can see how the pieces work together before you order.
- The pieces from your shopping list, shown in your apartment
- Room views at eye level, with clear daylight
- Furniture, lighting, rugs, art, and decor shown together
Seeing is believing
Your plan, ready to use

Yes. One revision round is included. Each additional revision round, for updating a few pieces, costs from AED 150 for a studio to AED 500 for a 4-bedroom apartment and is agreed before work begins. Changing the design of the whole home is a restyle at 50% of the design fee. Free replacement sourcing for linked items whose price or stock changes within 30 days is separate from paid design revisions.
Yes, when suitable retailers serve your location. HomePrint works remotely. Before you book, we confirm that we can verify product prices, stock, dimensions, and delivery for your city or country. If we cannot do that reliably, we will tell you before taking payment.
The standard 72-hour turnaround starts after HomePrint has your complete brief, usable floor plan and required information, photos where possible, the full founder conversation, your confirmation to proceed, confirmed retailer coverage and the 25% deposit.
