Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. Short version: I collect only what I need to make your pack, I don't sell your data, and you can ask me to delete it.

What I collect

When you use the style quiz or contact me, I collect what you send: your quiz answers, your budget, your city or area, the floor plan you upload, and a contact detail (WhatsApp number or email). If you go ahead with a pack, I keep the files needed to build and support it.

The site also uses Google Analytics, which records anonymous usage (pages viewed, roughly where visitors drop off) so I can improve the site. That data is not tied to your name.

Why I collect it

To design your pack, to reach you about it, and to honour the 30-day re-source promise and the free revision. That's it. I don't use your details for anything you didn't ask for.

Where it's kept

Quiz submissions are stored in a Google Firebase database. Your pack files are kept in my project folder. I use reputable providers and keep access to myself. I don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, other than the retailers whose public product pages your shopping list links to (which involves no personal data of yours).

How long I keep it

I keep your pack and its files while you're an active customer and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back for a revision or a re-source. Ask me to delete your data and I will, unless I'm required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@homeprint.design and I'll handle it.
