Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out how HomePrint provides its furnishing design services. Please read them before you confirm a project. By confirming a project or paying the first instalment, you agree to these Terms. If we sign a separate written agreement with you for a larger or landlord project, that agreement prevails over these Terms where the two differ.

1. Who we are

HomePrint is operated by HomePrint For Design Services, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) for Design Services. Trade licence no. 1657191. Dubai Unified Licence (DUL): FJ6139.

In these Terms, "HomePrint", "we", "us" and "our" mean HomePrint For Design Services. "You" and "your" mean the person or business that requests or confirms a project.

2. Definitions

  • Design Pack means the furnishing plan we prepare for your home, as described in section 3.
  • Design fee means the fee for your Design Pack shown on the Pricing page or in your written quote.
  • Revision means an update to a few pieces within the agreed design, as described in section 7.
  • Restyle means a new design for the whole home, as described in section 7.
  • Retailer means any third-party store or supplier whose products appear in your Design Pack.

3. Our services

HomePrint is a remote furnishing design service based in Dubai. Using your floor plan, style preferences and budget, we prepare a Design Pack containing scaled room layouts, a style direction, a shopping list of available products with retailer links and prices, a budget summary, a furnishing quotation, furnished renders and an interactive 3D walkthrough.

Our service is design only. We do not sell, buy, deliver, assemble or install furniture, and we are not a retailer or the agent of any retailer. We do not receive commissions from retailers. You buy products directly from retailers, and each purchase is governed by that retailer's own terms.

4. Quotes, fees and payment

Design fees are listed on the Pricing page and billed in UAE dirhams (AED). A single room or studio apartment costs AED 1,000 ($272.99). Before you book, we confirm the scope of your project, your fee and retailer coverage for your location. Homes with five or more bedrooms, villas and specialist landlord projects are quoted individually.

Fees changed on 2 October 2026. A quote or invoice issued before that date keeps its agreed fee.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the design fee is payable in three instalments:

  1. 25% before work starts;
  2. 50% when the first Design Pack is delivered; and
  3. the final 25% when the final Design Pack is delivered, whether or not you use the included revision.

You can pay by card through the secure payment link we send you, or by bank transfer to HomePrint For Design Services. We issue an invoice for each payment. Furniture, retailer delivery charges, assembly, installation and other third-party costs are not part of the design fee and are paid by you directly to the provider concerned.

5. Timing

For a standard project, the 72-hour delivery period starts once we have your complete brief, a usable floor plan and any other information we need, photos where possible, and the 25% instalment, and once we have spoken with you, received your confirmation to proceed and confirmed retailer coverage for your location. Larger or complex projects follow a schedule agreed in writing. If information we need arrives late or incomplete, the delivery period starts when we receive it.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us an accurate floor plan, measurements and budget, and for telling us about anything that may affect the design, such as access, existing fixtures or building rules. Before ordering, please check product dimensions, delivery, access and assembly requirements with the retailer, and use qualified professionals for electrical work, wall mounting and any other installation. The Design Pack is a recommendation; all purchasing decisions are yours.

7. Revisions, extra revisions and restyles

Included revision. Every Design Pack includes one revision round, completed within 48 hours of your request. A revision updates a few pieces within the agreed design, for example swapping, adding or removing some items, adjusting a room arrangement or changing a colour or finish. The style direction and overall layout stay the same.

Extra revision rounds. Further revision rounds of the same scope are charged at the rates shown on the Pricing page, currently from AED 150 for a studio to AED 500 for a 4-bedroom apartment.

Restyle. A restyle changes the design of the whole home, such as a new style direction, new main pieces across the rooms or a reworked layout. A restyle is charged at 50% of the design fee and invoiced as a separate stage. It does not use your included revision, which remains available once after the restyled Design Pack is delivered.

If a request goes beyond a few pieces, we will tell you before starting whether it is a revision or a restyle. Extra revision rounds and restyles are agreed in writing, by email or WhatsApp, before work begins.

8. 30-day re-sourcing

If a product linked in your Design Pack goes out of stock or changes price within 30 days of delivery, we will find a suitable replacement and update your Design Pack at no charge. Replacement sourcing is separate from, and does not use, your revision rounds.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Each Design Pack is custom work prepared for your home. If you cancel after confirming your project but before work starts, the 25% instalment is retained to cover the time reserved for your project. Fees paid for a delivered Design Pack are not refundable. If something in a delivered Design Pack is incorrect, please tell us and we will correct it through the included revision round.

10. Product information and retailers

We check every product link and price on the day your Design Pack is prepared. Product details, dimensions, prices and availability come from retailers and may change without notice; section 8 covers changes in the first 30 days after delivery. Products, delivery, warranties, returns and after-sales service are the responsibility of the retailer you buy from.

11. Design Pack materials and portfolio use

We keep the copyright in the Design Pack, including its layouts, renders and walkthrough. You may use your Design Pack for your own home, including sharing it with retailers, installers, family, tenants or a property manager. We will not publish your Design Pack, floor plan or images of your home without your permission.

12. Liability

We prepare every Design Pack with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a project is limited to the design fee paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, products or services of retailers or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you confirm your project applies to that project. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. We will first try to resolve any concern with you directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in this way is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
