Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026. Plain-language summary of how HomePrint works. This is not legal advice; for a formal agreement on a large or landlord job, ask and we'll put one in writing.

What HomePrint provides

HomePrint is a design service run from Dubai. You send a floor plan, your taste and budget; we deliver a Design Pack: a room-by-room furnishing plan drawn to scale, a shopping list of real items with links and prices, a budget table, and an interactive 3D walkthrough. We plan the home. We do not sell, deliver, or assemble the furniture, and we are not the retailer. You buy the items yourself from the linked stores.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on the Pricing page in AED. Payment is split 25% on start, 50% on approval of the draft, and 25% on final handover, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Furniture, store delivery fees, and any assembly are your cost and are paid directly to the store or provider.

Revisions and the re-source promise

Every pack includes one free revision round, which we aim to complete within 48 hours of your request. If a linked item goes out of stock or changes price within 30 days of delivery, we find a replacement and update your pack at no charge. Further revisions beyond the first round can be arranged for a fee.

Refunds

Because a pack is custom work, we do not offer refunds once it has been delivered. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it under the free revision. If you cancel before we start, the 25% deposit covers the slot we held.

Accuracy of links and prices

We check every link and price the day your pack is made. Stores change stock and prices on their own schedule, so a link may move after delivery; that is what the 30-day re-source promise is for. Product dimensions and availability are taken from the retailer at the time of sourcing.

Your responsibilities

Send an accurate floor plan and honest budget. Measure anything you're unsure about. Check delivery and assembly details at the store before you order. The plan is a recommendation; the final buying decisions are yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled in the Dubai courts.
